Hands for Healing is committed to helping people living through struggles today. The photos are from a recent trip by volunteers to build housing for the orphans of Guatemala. After decades of civil war and unrest ended in 1996 many Guatemalan children were left without parents or anyone to care for them. Deep poverty and violence persist in the country today. Hands for Healing is able to partner with others engaged in rescuing orphans and provide support by building houses.

Back home in Brevard County, Florida Hands for Healing is working with other partner organizations to provide free and discount groceries. No family in need should be without food. Whether large or small, home or abroad, Hands for Healing is there upholding the hands of humanity.
