“Toby” Dillard E Brazzel founded Hands for Healing in 2005.

He graduated from Northwestern State University in December 1991 with a BS in Business with emphasis in Finance.

Previously, Toby was the owner of Brazzel Equipment, worked for Scott Equipment, New York Life Agent, and Allstate Insurance Company. He was also involved in missionary travel in Guatemala.

Toby was called into Christian Ministry in 1996 and has been a Personal Financial Representative with Allstate since 1997. He is the founder of Hands for Healing 2005.   He also served on Compassion Services International team during the aftermath of the Haiti earthquake where he was in charge of all logistics nationwide during relief effort for CSI.

Toby has traveled to over 35 countries teaching leadership. Toby Brazzel lives in Alexandria, LA. He has five wonderful children that God has blessed him with. He does not just participate alone, he believes that is important to teach his children the value of participation in humanitarian efforts. Toby has traveled around the world teaching leadership and participating in humanitarian efforts. Toby founded Hands for Healing with the desire to see people’s lives impacted for the good during times of hardship. Hardships comes in many disguises, loss of a job, loss of a family member, natural disaster and the list can continue. It is our goal to help our community in times of need without consideration of status. At some point in our lives we all will or have needed our neighbor’s assistance. Hands for Healing International is neighbors coming together helping neighbors. Many of our volunteers have received assistance from our organization in the past and now volunteer in return.
